Job Summary
The Practice Manager is essential in overseeing the everyday functions of the practice, enhancing patient movement, and fostering team growth to achieve excellence in patient care and business outcomes. This role involves collaborating closely with the Optometrist and higher management to uphold operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to guarantee efficient patient flow.
- Facilitate team development through effective coaching and ongoing training.
- Set and manage performance objectives for staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Partner with the Optometrist and field leadership to maintain operational protocols.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- A high school diploma is required; additional preference for candidates with management training or optician certification.
