**Job Title: Practice Manager**
The Practice Manager is responsible for the smooth functioning of daily front desk operations, patient access, and scheduling, all aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and providing a positive experience for patients. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating provider schedules, and ensuring adherence to health center policies and regulatory requirements. Applicants are required to possess a minimum of 3 years in a management role and a bachelor’s degree in a related field, though equivalent experience may substitute. Strong proficiency in healthcare administration, EMR systems, and leadership capabilities are critical for success in this position.
