The Practice Manager leads daily operations, patient flow, and team development to ensure high-quality patient care and business success. They partner with optometrists and leadership to drive performance, manage operational priorities, and foster a high-performing practice environment. Candidates must have at least 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, optical, retail, or hospitality environments. A high school diploma is required, with preference given to those with management education or optician certification.
