Job Summary
The Case Investigator plays a crucial role in examining personal injury claims by performing extensive background checks and social media investigations to uncover instances of negligence. This position requires a meticulous analysis of substantial data sets to produce comprehensive reports, which will be communicated to attorneys and management for further action.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
