**Job Title: Assistant Director**
The Assistant Director is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the center, ensuring adherence to regulations, managing staffing, and overseeing financial performance. This role also involves nurturing family relationships, facilitating community engagement, and guaranteeing the effective implementation of a high-quality curriculum. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma and a CDA, while a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within the realm of early childhood education is essential.
