Job description
The Center Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, monitoring financial outcomes, and overseeing facility upkeep. This role also includes mentoring and guiding the team while building robust connections with families and the local community. Applicants are required to fulfill Texas licensing criteria for a Center Director and hold a current Director’s credential. A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related discipline is desirable, in addition to a minimum of two years in a leadership role.
