**Job Title: Prevention Caseworker**
The Prevention Caseworker is tasked with offering case management, counseling, and crisis intervention to youth and families to avert out-of-home placements. This role involves evaluating risks, crafting service plans, and representing clients within educational, legal, and community frameworks. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of two years of experience in environments such as schools or home-based services. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary for travel within the community.
