Job description
The Assistant Night Manager is responsible for managing store operations during the overnight shift, which encompasses tasks such as inventory control, restocking shelves, and upholding merchandising standards. This role also entails supervising night crew members, ensuring adherence to sanitation regulations, and safeguarding store security. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and demonstrate capability in managing personnel and achieving operational goals. The position demands considerable physical endurance, including the capacity to lift weights of up to 75 lbs and remain on their feet throughout the shift.
