**Job Title: Contractor**
The contractor will be tasked with conducting routine cleaning, maintaining flooring, and executing minor maintenance tasks at specified commercial and industrial locations. It is essential for them to utilize their own equipment and materials while following safety guidelines and upholding cleanliness standards at the work site. Candidates should have a minimum of one year’s experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance roles. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and provide their own tools, transportation, and cleaning supplies.
