Job description
**Job Title: Primary Care Physician**
Deliver outstanding, patient-focused primary care in an outpatient environment. Leverage advanced technology such as Ambient AI and EPIC to optimize clinical documentation and improve the patient experience. Applicants should possess a valid, unrestricted medical license for the State of Connecticut or be on track to obtain one. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
