Job description
The Principal Engineer will spearhead the development and scaling of processes, as well as facilitate technology transfer for AOC and AAV drug substance initiatives. This role entails delivering technical guidance, guaranteeing readiness for GMP standards, and managing external manufacturing processes at Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Ideal candidates will possess a Ph.D. in a pertinent scientific or engineering discipline along with 3-5+ years of industry experience, or an MS/BS degree with similar qualifications. A robust technical foundation in complex biologics, HPLC, and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations is essential.
