The Principal, Labor Advisor is responsible for creating and executing forward-thinking labor relations strategies, acting as a vital consultant to senior management and HR departments. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance, providing training, and collaborating with legal advisors to reduce employment-related risks. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Labor Relations or Human Resources, demonstrating extensive expertise in collective bargaining and labor legislation. A bachelor’s degree is essential, while a master’s degree in Industrial Relations is highly regarded.
