Job Summary
The Principal Mechanical Engineer will lead advanced engineering projects through innovative mechanical design and critical analysis. This role plays a pivotal part in the development of new technologies, ensuring the successful execution of projects and mentoring junior engineers for excellence in mechanical engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, analysis, and implementation of complex mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to completion.
- Utilize advanced modeling and simulation tools to evaluate system performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineering staff.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering with a demonstrated track record of successful project leadership.
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
