Job description
**Job Title: Mechanical Design Lead**
Oversee the mechanical design, integration, and qualification processes for robust electronic hardware and enclosures intended for aerospace and defense sectors. Facilitate collaborative technical problem-solving across various disciplines and act as a principal liaison with manufacturing partners to guarantee quality that meets production standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have over 10 years of experience in mechanical design specifically related to aerospace or defense. Strong expertise in CAD tools, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), along with familiarity with military environmental qualification standards, is essential.
