**Principal Recruiter**
As the Principal Recruiter, you will take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle for sophisticated, senior-level positions within the General and Administrative (G&A) functions. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will develop successful search methodologies, oversee candidate pipelines, and implement enhancements to improve and scale recruiting efforts. Ideal candidates should possess over 8 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a dynamic technology setting. Expertise in data-driven management of pipelines, global scaling of processes, and the ethical application of generative AI is essential.
