The Business Analyst will translate business needs into technical solutions by gathering requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams including AI engineers and product managers. They will also support Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and facilitate stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess three to five years of experience in business or systems analysis. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence is required.
