Job description
The Principal Wet Process Engineer will focus on enhancing and refining wet chemistry techniques to boost product quality, yield, and reliability in advanced packaging applications. This role includes troubleshooting assembly process issues using failure analysis and statistical approaches, while also overseeing evaluations of materials and equipment. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field of engineering or science, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor sector. A PhD is highly desirable, along with significant practical experience in cleanroom wet chemistry development and data analysis.
