Job Summary
The role involves steering the technical design and execution of intricate, production-level data products utilizing Azure Databricks and various enterprise data platforms. The individual will take on a pivotal technical leadership position, guiding less experienced engineers and establishing reusable engineering standards throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical design and delivery of large-scale data projects.
- Utilize Azure Databricks alongside enterprise systems for data product development.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns across the organization.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in data or software engineering.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
