Job description
As the lead for the design and integration of onboard subsystems for insect-inspired machines, you will be responsible for overseeing the sensing, computation, and communication components. This role requires establishing interface agreements, coordinating hardware-software integration, and troubleshooting intricate interaction issues. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and have a background in integrating embedded systems with multiple sensors and bespoke hardware. Proficiency in C++ or Python in a Linux environment, along with the capability to identify hardware-software integration problems using bench instruments, is essential.
