Job description
The provider will offer comprehensive primary care services that encompass preventive care, chronic illness management, and health education for patients. They will independently practice relationship-centered medicine while leveraging company resources to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Applicants are required to have an active license and current board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience in independent family practice, focusing on routine wellness and urgent care, is highly desirable.
