Job Summary
The Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional, patient-focused care throughout the intraoperative phase, aiming for the best surgical results. This position involves constant patient monitoring, adherence to aseptic procedures, and active cooperation with the surgical team to implement secure perioperative care measures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions during surgery.
- Ensure the maintenance of aseptic techniques at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to facilitate safe patient interventions.
- Participate in preoperative and postoperative care as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Possess a valid nursing license from the state.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in GI, OR, or medical/surgical nursing.
- Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
