Job Summary
This role involves designing and executing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients within an outpatient orthopedic environment. Responsibilities
- Develop tailored care plans based on individual patient needs and evidence-based practices.

- Maintain precise clinical documentation to support patient care and compliance.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program holding a DPT or equivalent qualification.
- Possession of or eligibility for an active Texas Physical Therapist license.
