Job Summary
The PRN Physical Therapist will deliver essential rehabilitation services, focusing on enhancing patients’ mobility and overall physical functioning. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to aid recovery and improve quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and needs.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities to assist in patient recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process.
- Educate patients and families about physical therapy practices and home exercises.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the respective state.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in diverse clinical settings is preferred.
