Job description
The Physical Therapist will assess and provide treatment for residents with the aim of enhancing their mobility, safety, and autonomy. Additionally, they are tasked with creating tailored treatment plans and overseeing the work of Physical Therapy Assistants. Applicants must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and hold a valid state license. Strong clinical evaluation skills and experience with electronic medical record documentation are essential.
