Job Summary
The Hospice Registered Nurse delivers personalized nursing care aimed at enhancing patient comfort and ensuring a high quality of life, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical and emotional assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care options and processes.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the respective state.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle, along with a valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance.
