**Job Title: Processing Supervisor**
The Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing hourly personnel, managing production activities, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality regulations. Key duties include training team members, supervising machinery upkeep, and driving process enhancements to boost production efficiency. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or three to five years of applicable experience. This role demands resilience in a fast-paced setting, willingness to work night shifts and holidays, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
