**Produce Lead**
The Produce Lead oversees the operations of the produce and floral department, aiming to boost sales and uphold exceptional quality and safety standards. This role involves training and mentoring team members, managing stock levels, and working alongside other leaders to fulfill the needs of our members. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a fresh produce environment or in a supervisory role. Interested individuals must be at least 18 years old and ready to undertake all necessary training and evaluations.
