**Director of Nursing**
The Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring compliance with state clinical regulations and maintaining the Home Health Agency’s licensure while upholding exceptional patient care standards. This position encompasses leading quality assurance programs, overseeing nursing personnel, and acting as a clinical expert for regulatory inspections and strategic executive decisions. Applicants must possess an Associate degree in a relevant discipline along with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license. A minimum of one year in a clinical leadership role is essential, preferably with experience in home health and familiarity with Department of Labor programs.
