Job description
The Product Engineering Manager is responsible for guiding the engineering team through the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of valve products from initial concept to final production. This role entails collaboration with various cross-functional teams to ensure that all products adhere to quality, budget, and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering along with a minimum of three years of leadership experience. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, familiarity with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of industry drawing standards are essential.
