Job Summary
The Product Engineering Manager plays a vital role in leading cross-functional teams to drive the development and refinement of innovative products. This position encompasses overseeing the engineering processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals, and facilitating the creation of robust solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept through development to launch.
- Work closely with product managers to define product roadmaps and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best engineering practices and quality standards throughout all phases of product development.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in product engineering management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and products in the relevant industry.
