This position requires effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including design, foundry, and manufacturing, to tackle intricate failure modes. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering or science discipline and possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis. Proficiency in utilizing specialized fault isolation tools such as LVP, EMMI, and OBIRCH is essential.
