Job Summary
The Product Manager will be responsible for shaping the roadmap and introducing innovative device protection service experiences within AppleCare. This role requires effective collaboration with various cross-functional teams, such as operations, finance, engineering, and marketing, to guarantee the successful rollout of products.
Responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap for new device protection service launches.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of product management from conception to launch.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing complete product lifecycles.
- A bachelor’s degree or an MBA is mandatory.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
