Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and management of the shoulder sports medicine product line throughout its entire life cycle. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to foster innovation, strategize product direction, and achieve financial and growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of the shoulder sports medicine product line from initial concepts to market launch.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to support innovative product solutions.
- Drive product strategy ensuring alignment with organizational goals for growth and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, marketing, product management, or engineering.
- Strong public speaking capabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of surgical orthopedics or arthroscopy are essential.
