**Job Title: Production Lead**
The Production Lead plays a crucial role in supporting supervisors to achieve productivity, meet quality benchmarks, and fulfill departmental objectives within the rental division. This position is responsible for organizing workflow in designated production zones and guiding a team to reach operational targets. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and have legal authorization to work in the United States. The position involves performing physical tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating effectively in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting.
