Job Summary
The Production Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by preparing and mixing raw materials in alignment with the production schedules, while also upholding quality standards. This position involves overseeing the flow of materials, conducting quality control sampling, and efficiently operating heavy machinery including forklifts and mixing devices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and blend raw materials to meet production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to various shifts.
