**Job Title: Production Operator**
The Production Operator plays a key role in machining, assembling, and readying products for the painting process, while upholding quality benchmarks. This position entails managing equipment modifications, conducting visual inspections, and ensuring precise documentation in the ERP system. Applicants should be prepared to stand for 12 hours, consistently lift weights of up to 25 lbs, and possess fundamental computer skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to adhere to safety protocols, and skilled in executing repetitive tasks within a manufacturing environment.
