**Production Supervisor**
The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in achieving performance standards related to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) while actively promoting ongoing improvement efforts. This position involves overseeing staff, encouraging team growth, and maintaining adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations. Applicants should possess an associate degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification related to production. Additionally, a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in production, ideally in the automotive sector, is essential.
