Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and effective execution of all production tasks assigned to the team. This role involves guiding team members to achieve quality and delivery objectives while ensuring that records are meticulously kept and the workplace remains safe.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage production activities to meet quality and delivery specifications.
- Provide guidance and support to employees to enhance their performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to production processes.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) certification is required.
- Possession of a Class E driver’s license.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or a strong willingness to engage in such work.
- Capability to successfully complete background checks and drug screenings.
