Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is tasked with offering leadership, mentorship, and training to the production team to uphold efficient manufacturing processes and meet quality benchmarks. This role encompasses the management of staff within the shop, supervision of job operations, and ensuring that documentation is aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor team members to promote effective production practices.
- Oversee staffing levels within the production area.
- Manage the workflow of jobs to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation as per ISO 9001 guidelines.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in a precision sheet metal manufacturing environment.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the capability to interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment.
