Job Summary
The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of trailer manufacturing, ensuring that production timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols are adhered to. This position involves directing and inspiring the production workforce and working closely with other departments to promote ongoing enhancements and achieve organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the trailer manufacturing process to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production workflow.
- Implement and uphold safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve peak performance and morale.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or production supervision, ideally within the metal fabrication or trailer sectors.
- A high school diploma is essential; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
