Job Summary
The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the daily operations of shift activities in PDU cable manufacturing. This position is dedicated to overseeing employee performance, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating production schedules. The supervisor is pivotal in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, while simultaneously promoting a culture centered on accountability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily shift operations in cable manufacturing.
- Oversee and evaluate employee performance to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer order deadlines.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations is required.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is essential.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective team management.
