The Production Supervisor will lead and develop a team of technicians to scale manufacturing capacity for defense systems. They are responsible for supervising shop floor activities, managing inventory, and driving continuous process improvements. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of leadership experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment. A bachelor’s degree and experience with MES software are preferred.
