Job Summary
The Human Resources and Payroll Manager will oversee daily human resources operations, encompassing recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management tasks. This role also includes full responsibility for payroll activities, ensuring precise processing and adherence to compliance standards through the ADP Workforce Now system.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee performance management initiatives.
- Administer all payroll functions, ensuring accuracy in processing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations within the ADP Workforce Now system.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in HR and payroll management.
- Proven hands-on experience with the ADP Workforce Now system.
- A professional certification such as SHRM or HRCI is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication capabilities.
