The Production Team Member plays a vital role in the preparation and production of pizza dough. This includes combining ingredients, managing automated equipment, and ensuring the quality of the dough meets company standards. Additionally, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace is essential, which involves washing trays and conducting regular inspections of machinery. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have the strength to lift up to 75 pounds while being comfortable working in cold environments. This position demands full availability for 10-hour shifts, which may include weekends and rotating schedules.
