**Job Title: Production Worker**
The Production Worker is responsible for using woodworking machinery to craft and assemble wooden parts specifically for guitar necks while adhering to established quality standards. Key responsibilities encompass controlling wood moisture levels, executing glue-up processes, and ensuring the workspace remains tidy and organized. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Preference will be given to those who have experience with guitar-building hand tools and can accurately follow detailed manufacturing guidelines.
