Job Summary
This position encompasses key responsibilities such as project scoping, scheduling, and cost estimating, alongside developing electrical designs and specifications applicable to diverse municipal and industrial projects. The engineer will also engage in business development efforts, offer on-site construction support, and provide mentorship to junior staff members within the team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct project scoping and create accurate schedules and cost estimates.
- Develop comprehensive electrical designs and specifications for various projects.
- Lead initiatives in business development to expand project opportunities.
- Provide construction support on-site during project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff to foster their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) status is mandatory.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience following licensure.
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical power system modeling and construction practices.
