Job description
The Land Surveyor Technician plays a crucial role in conducting boundary, easement, and title assessments, as well as performing construction staking within multiple sectors. This position also entails the generation of 3D models and road corridors to facilitate engineering and infrastructure initiatives. Applicants must have a Professional Land Surveying License in Missouri and a high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. It is essential to be skilled in using Trimble survey equipment and to have the capacity to read and analyze engineering plans, with a preference for candidates who possess over 5 years of relevant experience.
