The Land Surveyor Technician will carry out boundary, easement, and title examinations, alongside performing autonomous boundary surveys. This position also entails executing construction staking in multiple sectors and creating 3D models and road corridor designs. Candidates are required to have a Professional Land Surveying License in Colorado and a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Familiarity with Trimble survey equipment and a minimum of five years of pertinent experience are highly desirable.
