Job Summary
The Professional Land Surveyor will be responsible for supervising survey technicians, carrying out boundary and title examinations, and engaging in thorough research across multiple levels of government. This role focuses on assessing project limitations, overseeing financial plans, and working together with internal teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise survey technicians to ensure effective project execution.
- Conduct boundary and title reviews to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Perform in-depth research at various governmental levels relevant to surveying.
- Evaluate project constraints to identify potential challenges and solutions.
- Manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Demonstrated substantial field and office experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Carlson Survey is essential.
- Proven experience in acquiring clients and managing survey crews.
