Job Summary
The Professional Land Surveyor will lead survey technicians and engage in comprehensive research across various governmental departments. This role involves conducting thorough boundary assessments and title evaluations while managing project limitations, budgets, and fostering cooperation with internal project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide survey technicians in their assignments.
- Conduct thorough research and reviews regarding boundaries and titles.
- Evaluate and identify project constraints and manage associated budgets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to promote project success.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Extensive field and office experience in land surveying is required.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and managing survey crews.
