The RN Clinician delivers safe, effective, and independent nursing care while personalizing patient care plans based on the AACN Synergy Model. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to meet organizational standards. Candidates must hold a valid, unencumbered Registered Nursing License in Georgia and possess either a BSN with 12 months of experience or an ADN with 2 years of experience. BLS certification is required, and additional certifications like ACLS may be necessary depending on the department.
