The Professional Staff Nurse provides holistic patient care within a Med Surg float pool, applying the nursing process to create a healing environment. They collaborate with the care team, participate in quality improvement efforts, and provide detailed education to patients and families. Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania Registered Professional Nurse license and have at least two years of experience. Required certifications include CPR, with ACLS, PALS, and NIH certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes after hire.
