Job description
The Program Associate will be responsible for spearheading and coordinating STEM enrichment activities for middle school students, fostering strong connections with both students and their families. This role involves collaborating on curriculum development, monitoring student advancement, and assisting with the daily management of the BioQuest program. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in education, science, or a closely related discipline, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in classroom or youth education. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent facilitation and organizational abilities, along with a dedication to promoting educational equity.
