They are responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the program, which includes staff scheduling and client admissions, all while upholding person-centered care practices. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science discipline, with applicable practicum experience or will have fulfilled specific supervised experience hour criteria. A solid foundation in mental health services and expertise in crisis de-escalation techniques are essential for applicants.
